We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our company. Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing businesses targeting business customer, to drive growth and enhance our service offerings.

Location: Hanoi, TP. Ho Chi MinhNote: We open recruitment for senior level – Senior Business Development, in Hanoi & TP. HCM.
I. Responsibilities
– To maintain existing business relationships and secure new business growth through direct customer contacts and networking;
– To plan, implement and evaluate the overall business development and regional market growth strategies. Ensure competitive business policies to realize goals;
– To analyze present and new business opportunities and define priority market segments and industries. Define a strategy how to win key new industries and customers;
– To identify, develop and launch new services to strengthen and increase the company’s market competitiveness;
– To proactively create and manager short- and long-term new business pipeline;
– To build and develop a competitive, enthusiastic and honest business team.
II. Qualifications
– At least 5 year’s experience in business development in a management role;
– Thorough knowledge of different areas of logistics, systems, transport, warehousing, automation;
– Understanding of diverse operational environments within different Industrial sectors;
– Planning, budgeting, solution design experience;
– Very strong commercial negotiation skills;
– Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
– Flexibility to take on ad-hoc responsibilities;
