Senior Customer Service Executive (B2B Brand)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Executive (B2B) to join our team in the Logistics industry in Vietnam. The Senior Customer Service Executive will focus on service quality management for new corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, account management, logistics.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new corporate clients in the eLogistics industry;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions;
  • Establish and implement quality management processes to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations;
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Report work results daily, weekly, and monthly, and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, logistics;
  • Strong understanding of the eLogistics industry and logistics solutions;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
